Weekend Wander

Welcome friends. It's time to kick back, relax and take a wander. Link up and wander to as many blogs as you wish. Tell them where your coming from but please don't demand a follow for a follow. This is not that community. In fact mentioning anything about following you back makes people feel uncomfortable and we don't encourage that.

What we do encourage is that you leave a genuine comment on the blog and your link. In most cases, you will receive a follow in return but because your going about it the right way. And when you go about it this way, you make a True Friend and with that comes rewards. Rewards such as daily clicks, inspiration and good fellowship.

We're all about building a community of support. Although we have no rules for linking up, we recommend sincere efforts in making this that kind of place. So new blogs, jump in and don't feel like someone is going to demand things from you. If this does happen, we ask that you ignore, delete and move on.

But we're all about fun, laughter and friendship.

Now go. Run along. Be real and make it happen.

Enjoy your weekend:)

Great post. To be honest, it does make me uncomfortable, and I don't know how to react because I've been put on the spot, which is always awkward.

I love the way you phrased your post. I couldn't agree more. I'm always more likely to follow someone that leaves me a nice comment vs. the 'i followed you so follow me' comments! Thanks for hosting!

You're such a sweetheart! I'm so glad you posted this like you did, it's much more fun to follow someone back because they actually read your post and commented rather than the token "Nice blog, follow me back now" comment!

I love your hops and I'm so thankful you take the time out of your schedule to do this, I've found so many wonderful peeps through you!

I am extremely new to blogging. I actually started it up as to curiosity. The only things I really know how to do as of now are to create posts and leave comments. Nothing fancy. I would love to be able to learn from others and receive tips.

I think that your site is great. I was a little hesitant at first, but that's just my own nerves. I am amazed at how many different things there are to blog about! There's nothing better than to learn from others, having fun, and making new friends!

Jacqueline, welcome to the Blogging Community/World!! It takes time to get used to everything, but I can guarantee, you will do just fine.

My best advice is to make YOUR blog your own. Uniqueness is a cool thing. As you build up your readers, and your commentators build your self-confidence, it gets easier.

Don't critique yourself to insanity, either. If you have a spelling error here and there, it's okay. And don't worry about what others MIGHT think about your blog. If they like it, they WILL come back.

Your idea is great. I believe that it is indeed uncomfortable for bloggers to ask something in return. I like this blog so much. it's sincere and virtuous. I'll better subscribe to this blog. Cheers! ;-)

I'd love to pick up from where we left off. XOXO
