I need a new blog design because I have absolutely no knowledge of HTML. Adding borders, rearranging objects, etc.? No idea how to do that.

Following her. I want a makeover because as much as I kind of like searching for a new layout for each month to apply to the holiday/season, I would like something consistent that lets readers and visitors know who I am. Since I don't have a job right now, I don't want to spend money on a lot of fun stuff.
