Hello loves. 

My name is Gee from Sock Monkey and Gee. 

I am 28 years old with an Art degree in painting & married to the sweetest man in the world. 

I am also dyslexic, a HORRIBLE speller, and enjoy cheese way to much.

I have always lived in Tennessee..but at the moment living in West Virginia due to my husband's job.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have had a huge love for fashion and even more for dresses. 

Since moving to WV in January of 2010.. I was looking for a hobby to get me out of my rut of boredom.

I decided to start a blog dedicated to my love of vintage and modern dresses and from the moment I began my first blog entry I was hooked. 

Within my blog I try to incorporate vintage, thrifted, and modern clothing. 

I love hunting for a good find at a thrift store or vintage store and then putting my own twist to it. 

I also love to incorporate nature and my WV surroundings into my background setting. 

Doing this has made me get up and explore my town and find the beauty in all that is around me. It is so easy to get stuck in a rut. 

I am so glad I found the blogging world. I have met some beautiful women and made so amazing friends. The inspiration you get from reading other blogs is amazing.

I can not say it enough, the blogging community is a great thing to be a part of!
