Hello! Or should I say... Guten Tag!
I'm Alyx, and I blog over at Every Day is a New Adventure.
I'm just a [recently-turned] 23 year-old, living life in the land of Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, and Lederhosen like there's no tomorrow (unless it's Saturday, then I'm usually being really lazy).
Generally, I blog about life. What it's like to be a hopeless American trying to adjust to life where people are always punctual, a little critical, and completely wonderful.
Sometimes, I blog about marriage. What it's like to be a [sort of] newlywed in a foreign country.
Other times, I give out really cool [not secret anymore] recipes.
Occasionally something crazy happens to me - like when people pretend to have a bomb as they get onto a train full of people (you can read about that here).
When I'm not wearing sweats, I can be fashionable, so there's some of that, too.
While I'm here, I teach English. Sometimes my students say ridiculous/crazy/interesting/inappropriate things. Those usually end up on the blog, too.
Basically, the Moral of the Story is this:
